Rhythm, rhythm, rhythm…

In October, CA’tizens shared an article on “Making Excuses” by author, John G. Miller (Outstanding! 47 ways to make your organisation exceptional). CA’tizens expanded on the concept of “Personal Accountability” and learnt that when a problem arises we do not take it literally as the word describes “personal” neither do we defend the position in hand. Instead, we act upon proactively and find a solution. CA’tizens also understood that “accountability” has to do with one’s exercising his own will in making decisions and following through the course of conduct. In CA, we never take it personally but we make it personal.
