Malaysia is the first country in Asia which has a regulatory framework for crowdfunding. The Securities Commission (SC) has of to date issued 6 licenses for Equity Crowdfunding and 6 licenses for Peer to Peer Crowdfunding company. Hence it is legal in Malaysia and different with Money Game.
