I heard that I can’t sell my property before its VP, is there really any restriction of selling the property under construction? And how do I go about it?

Since the property is still under construction, the purchase price of property has yet been fully settled to the developer. You may sell the property before vacant possession provided that the developer is agreeable to it. Normally the developer will agree to the selling with the condition that you have to settle the remaining balance purchase price to the developer even though the said remaining payment has yet due and payable. Your bank will not release the said remaining payment as the same has yet due and payable, therefore, you shall settle the said balance with your own fund.
