The Edge Investment Forum on Real Estate 2009 on 4 April 2009 held at the Sime Darby Convention Centre came to more than 600 participants. Chris Tan is part of this 3rd real estate forum organized by The Edge and presented by UOB Malaysia exclusively for The Edge readers being one of the 3 speakers of the forum. The 1st Lawyer to be invited for this distinguished forum since its inception.
Chris spoke on the topic of “Nightmares of a Landlord” which definitely left a great impact on the participants of the day as many signed up to our exclusive invitation to the CA Hi5er Club 3 months’ trial membership. Hi5er Club serves as an information sharing platform community hosted by us being the first of its kind in the world. Hi5er Club shall provide the venue for the theme of Landlord and Tenant issues prior to the start-up of Chris’ proposed Landlord Association in the near future.
