Scenario

Husband and Wife thinks that they are deemed DIVORCE if both parties believe that their marriage is over and have been living apart for more than 2 years.

Mythbusted.

Under the laws, Husband and Wife are NOT considered DIVORCED until and unless both parties have present a Joint Divorce Petition to the Court, and only when the Court is satisfied that the marriage has irretrievably broken down, upon the Grant of Decree Nisi and Absolute Certificate by the Court that they are recognized as Divorced.
