A copy of the classification for goods and services issued by the Malaysian IP office for trademark application is attached herewith for your ease of reference. We advise you to select the most suitable
class(es) which suit your business nature.

WHAT DO WE NEED?
      • A copy of your proposed trade mark (words or logo mark)
      • A copy of Form 49 of the Company or details of one (1) Director in the Company – Full name, address, NRIC Number
      • Nature of business
      • The Company’s principal place of business
      • Date of first use of the trademark in Malaysia (if it has not been used yet, in what year is it proposed to be used)
