Dear Chur Associates:
Thanks for all your advice. One more question: Is it necessary to have the ORIGINAL copy of Tenancy Agreement to apply for Eviction Order?

In the usual circumstances, the Original Tenancy Agreement is safe-keep by the Tenant as the Tenant is the one paying for the legal fees and stamp duty. It is not necessary to use the Original Tenancy Agreement, so long as you have the Copy/Duplicate Tenancy Agreement to prove the existence of the said tenancy during the Summons stage (Eviction Order) it is suffice. Thanks!
