Noelle Khoh Swee Yin (许瑞音)is a practicing lawyer since 2011 and she was graduated from National University of Malaysia in 2010. She read in chamber and practice at Messrs Fadzil Chua & Song assisting in litigation matter the following years.
In May 2012 she joined Chur Associates as a legal assistant supporting the partner in the area of conveyancing, banking and developer’s project advisory. In 2017, Noelle has been promoted as Partner of CA and in charge of the area of Real Estate and Banking transaction. As the expert in real estate, she is also contributed her effort in Strata OMG (Owner’s Manual & Guidebook) which published by the firm.

In term of communication, Noelle is proficient in Chinese, English and Malay. And she is able to speak Mandarin and Cantonese as well. The multilingual enables her to understand the clients better and helps them to solve the issue.

Designated as a Partner for Knowledge
Noelle is responsible for every in-flow and out-flows of knowledge within the Firm. Specifically to ensure the Firm is equipped with the relevant expertise and knowledge to handle clients’ engagement. Noelle also ensures the preservation and sharing of knowledge within the Firm with useful precedent management system and easy retrieval of clients’ details. She is also in charge of maintaining the training requirement of the Firm.
